What are Accounts?
Accounts are an entity, similar to Contacts, but one level up. An account contain contacts associated to it. Accounts are perfect if you are a B2B company, so you can organize your contact database in FROGED both with Contacts (individual user or customer) and Accounts (the company that a group of users belong to).
An Account gives you the opportunity to search, filter, and communicate proactively with users depending on the accounts they belong to.
The Accounts are within the menu People on the left side menu bar:
NOTE: Each contact can belong to one, several o any accounts. This depends on how many accounts that user is registered under.
Setting up accounts is really easy and it will enable you to visualize your customers based on companies (so needed for B2B companies!) through segments as well as to include it in the proactive communication to get more benefits.
