What are Accounts?
Accounts are an entity, similar to Contacts, that provides you with the opportunity to search, filter, and communicate proactively considering the account each user belongs to. 

The accounts are inside People in the left side bar of the menu.


NOTE: Each contact can belong to one, several o any accounts. This depends on how many accounts that user is registered. 


Setting up accounts is really easy and it will enable you to visualize your customers based on companies (so needed for B2B companies!) through segments as well as to include it in the proactive communication to get more benefits.
