Several improvements have been made to the chat and inbox to make your life easier:
  • sorting your conversations from oldest to newest, and vice versa
  • the number of opened conversations from every inbox and group are now displayed
  • you can also see the number of opened conversations every support agents has, so you now know who to assign the convo to
  • deleting sent messages
  • visibility on the exact date and time when the messages in a conversation were sent with a tooltip
  • you can see if agents are online or offline
  • you can search conversations, and create views, based on the answers you receive for your satisfaction surveys

To make sure you offer your customers the best support possible, you can now keep track of how your help documentation is actually helping your users. You can see your help documentation and FAQs views, votes and rating.

You can also sort this data according to these parameters: votes, views, rate.


It is now possible to view the rating for each document when editing it.


Although you could already link videos into your behavioral emails and email campaigns, you couldn’t have them embedded. To make sure your linked videos don’t appear as a simple (not great looking) url, now the thumbnail of the video will be shown, improving the appearance of your emails.


You can now configure your desired domain for your help center directly from your knowledge base settings.

Take into account that this is a pro feature that some plans don’t include. Let us know if you’re interested in having your own domain for your knowledge base portal.


Copy-pasting images is now a possibility! You can copy and paste images, photos and gifs into the chat to make your conversations much more dynamic and fluid.

You can also copy-paste images into your behavioral emails, email campaigns, and automessages.


Now, when sending an image on the chat, you will be able to visualize it before to confirm it’s the right image.


Having your visitors emails, names or any other contact information is a must. In order to solve this issue you can now have a qualification form requested any time a new visitor wants to reach you through the chat. You can have as many fields as you need and make mandatory what matters to you the most.

You'll find it in settings >> Widget Settings >> Qualification Form


We have developed the perfect event that goes hand-in-hand with your new qualification form. You can now track who has completed the form. You can find this event in the list of predefined events.


You can now notify your users of your last post on your Updates section to make sure they stay in the loop and don’t miss any news. You can either show a widget or a pop up notification to your users and choose if you want to allow them to reply and start a conversation.


HTML editing is now available for email campaigns and behavioral emails!


To make this easier and clearer for you, you can now see your entire billing history in the same place.


Now you will be able to track when users close automessages you have shown them. This has been added to the list of predefined events you have within FROGED.


Our SDK Javascript has been updated including some of the new features that have been explained. For those of you, techies wanting to take FROGED to the next level, be sure to go give a look.


Last but not least, our finder. Go get a look at our updated SDK, you can now have that find button for your help documents and FAQs you were looking for!
