We have been busy this last month working on some great updates...

+10 new updates (August)πŸ”₯

To make sure you offer your customers the best support possible, you can now keep track of how your help documentation is actually helping your users. You can see your help documentation and FAQs views, votes and rating.

You can also sort this data according to these parameters: votes, views, rate.


It is now possible to view the rating for each document when editing it.


Although you could already link videos into your behavioral emails and email campaigns, you couldn’t have them embedded. To make sure your linked videos don’t appear as a simple (not great looking) url, now the thumbnail of the video will be shown, improving the appearance of your emails.


You can now configure your desired domain for your help center directly from your knowledge base settings.

Take into account that this is a pro feature that some plans don’t include. Let us know if you’re interested in having your own domain for your knowledge base portal.


Copy-pasting images is now a possibility! You can copy and paste images, photos and gifs into the chat to make your conversations much more dynamic and fluid.

You can also copy-paste images into your behavioral emails, email campaigns, and automessages.


Now, when sending an image on the chat, you will be able to visualize it before to confirm it’s the right image.


Having your visitors emails, names or any other contact information is a must. In order to solve this issue you can now have a qualification form requested any time a new visitor wants to reach you through the chat. You can have as many fields as you need and make mandatory what matters to you the most.

You'll find it in settings >> Widget Settings >> Qualification Form


We have developed the perfect event that goes hand-in-hand with your new qualification form. You can now track who has completed the form. You can find this event in the list of predefined events.


You can now notify your users of your last post on your Updates section to make sure they stay in the loop and don’t miss any news. You can either show a widget or a pop up notification to your users and choose if you want to allow them to reply and start a conversation.


HTML editing is now available for email campaigns and behavioral emails!


To make this easier and clearer for you, you can now see your entire billing history in the same place.


Now you will be able to track when users close automessages you have shown them. This has been added to the list of predefined events you have within FROGED.


Our SDK Javascript has been updated including some of the new features that have been explained. For those of you, techies wanting to take FROGED to the next level, be sure to go give a look.


Last but not least, our finder. Go get a look at our updated SDK, you can now have that find button for your help documents and FAQs you were looking for!

Update Time
 To start off the week right and bring you some very positive vibes, we've got great news to announce!

The new SDK is finally out! 
Which means that we have a new and improved widget πŸ‘

Our new widget doesn't only look A-MA-ZING but, it's also a lot faster now! ✨✨

Overall, these are the main improvements and updates we have for you:

🌟 New home icons that make your widget look much fancier. Also, these icons will match the colors you had selected for your widget. 

🌟 There are new Emojis and GIF picker to make your conversations much more dynamic and intuitive.

🌟 Your widget is now a lot faster. And trust me, when we say a lot, we mean it... The loading time has been tremendously cut down!

🌟 Last but not least, the Knowledge Base document search has also been improved.

🌟 Our integration with Slack is here! Once you have configurated it, it will notify you of new and reopened conversations.

But, hold on, it gets even better! Unbelievable, right?! βœ¨

We have added some new features:

🌟 Documents created on the Knowledge Base and Updates will be automatically saved, just in case you're too excited and forgot to click on the save button...

🌟 You have the possibility to modify the "from" in emails. Before, emails would be sent as "Name from Company Name". Now, that's customizable!

🌟 The layout of columns in contacts and event stream will be remembered!

Starting the Week Off Right!
Who said Mondays can't be AWESOME?

To bring you some excitement during these tough times, here are the new features that have been added to our app:

🌟 The sound notifications have been improved!

If activated, all agents will receive a sound notification when a new conversation has been started. Also, you will receive a sound notification when there's a message sent on a conversation you have assigned.

🌟 The position, size, and visibility of the contacts and events grid columns will be remembered (even for each type of event).

🌟 New loader animation on the widget!

🌟 Improvements in the badges.

Although the chat icons will remain the same, now the selected element's icon will be bolder than the rest, so it's more noticeable!

In addition, Unassigned and My Inbox can be in dark blue or red. If they turn red, you have unread messages. This way when an agent hears the sound notification knows exactly where it came from.

🌟 Froged is now a PWA! 

When you log in to the app, it will download in the browser. This way, when you come back it will be already loaded so the loading time has been cut to the minimum. Also, when a new version of the app has been launched, users will be notified - they can click on a button to refresh and start enjoying the new version.

Moreover, now you can install Froged as a desk app for those who have a Chrome, Edge (new version) or any Chromium-based browser.
