All of your Contacts are in the People section. To see all of your organised users and any information you imported about them (such as their name, city, or country among other attributes), go to this section and click on Contacts.

You can easily modify any information by clicking on it and rewriting it. When you click on someone's name, a contact window appears with a brief summary and the choices to either begin a new chat or view their complete profile for more information.

By clicking on Full View, you can not only see all the information about your contact (attributes, segments, contact tags, notes, etc.), but also consult previous conversations and events that he/she has done.

If you are in a conversation, you can also access this information by clicking on the top left button and then on Contact page, a drop down will open in a new tab.
