1. TRACK AND FILTER DOWN NPS RESPONSES:
Download your responses in a CSV file or filter them by score group or with/without comments:
2. TRACK DOWN WHO'S RECEIVING NPS AND NOT ANSWERING YOU:
You can now track not only who's responding to your NPS survey, as you've seen in the above video, but who has actually been surveyed and not responded. For this, you can check the following NPS events under the "Contacts" menu:
- "On_nps_presented": Fired when the NPS form is displayed to a user (who is getting the NPS survey)
- "On_nps_dismissed": Fired when the user closes the NPS form without answering
Let's see how to use these 2 events together in action by creating a dynamic segment:
This or any other segment that you create, will be dynamic if you have an automated data integration with FROGED. This means that if a user suddenly starts or stops meeting the criteria to belong to this segment, it will appear or disappear automatically from it. Not sure about your integration with FROGED? 3. CREATE TARGET COMMUNICATIONS FOR PROMOTERS AND DETRACTORS:
Here are 2 easy use cases that you can replicate if you want not only to track users but take useful actions about NPS afterwards:
- PROMOTERS: create a segment for the NPS Promoters and then send them a communication to invite them to take a positive action. Use case: NPS Promoters
- DETRACTORS: create a segment for NPS Detractors and then send them a communication to invite them to provide you with further feedback about why they are unhappy with you. Use case: NPS Detractors
