Nothing best that a happy user, right? Why not taking advantage of the momentum and try to get an even better outcome? Let's see an example!
1. Create a dynamic segment with Promoters and save it:

2. Create a communication for this Promoters segment:
In this example it is an Automessage, inviting the user to leave a review of our tool on a public site:

Don't forget to preselect your audience by selecting the Promoter's segment you in the conditions:
