Saved Replies
Saved Replies is a very helpful tool that is incorporated into our chat. This will make your conversations with your users more dynamic and efficient.
By going to Settings > Save Replies, you can add multiple saved replies such as "Hello, how may I help you?" or "Thank you for waiting", so you can answer commonly asked questions or comments from your chat to improve time efficiency. To do this click on + Add saved reply, and then write a title and the reply. Once you have added them, you could always edit them if you think they might need some improvement or just want to modify them.
