How to send FAQ articles in the chat to save time from your support agents
One of the best things about FROGED's chat is that the agents can save a lot of time responding to frequently asked questions from users if they have a strong Knowledge Base full of great articles and content.
To send an article in a chat conversation do the following:
1. Click on the article picker menu and search for your desired article (use keywords):
2. Once selected, make sure it's the right article and send it in the conversation:
