Tags for conversations
You can tag conversations within FROGED chat if you want to track the volume of enquires by specific topics (eg. pricing, bugs, training, etc).

To tag a conversation, you just need to click on the conversation menu "Actions". From there you have 2 options, select a Tag for the conversation:


Or you can create a new Tag easily by adding a name and a colour:


You can also delete a Tag very easily from the tag list:



Now you can track what topics (tags) are more recurrent in your conversations with customers from the side menu "Reports" > Support Metrics:
