Agents roles and permissions

Within FROGED you can assign different roles and permissions to your agents.

There are three predefined roles you can choose from, manager, support, or guest.

  • Managers will have all permissions enabled, including adding new agents or deleting current ones.
  • Support agents will be able to answer chat conversations, manage conversation tags and edit messages.
  • Guest will not have any permission activated, they will only be able to see the dashboard.

IMPORTANT: Only the admin will have access to the billing section. To edit your agents' permissions you need to be the admin of the workspace or have the "permissions" permission activated.

To activate or desactivate any of your agents' permissions, just click on the pencil icon:
