How to translate the widget to other languages?
Once your chat widget is configured for your users to contact you, you are also able to configure its different menus and content into other languages. To do this, go to Settings > Widget > Translate > Add language:
The widget's language shown to a user depends on the language associated to their navigator. So if their navigator's language is also configured in your widget, it'll pick it, and if not, it'll pick your default (or favourite) language. Your favourite language for the widget will be the one you mark with the orange star:
In order to translate the different widget elements and sections into the listed languages ("Strings to translate") you'll have to scroll down and individually click on "Localize" and introduced the desired word for each language (it is not translated automatically):
