Conversation Status
The trending color this season is orange.
We are excited to present a new feature of FROGED: Conversation Status. When you check your inbox, you will see a new orange dot for conversations where the last message is from the contact and has been read by you. We also kept the red dot, indicating messages you haven't read.
This way, your inbox will show the following colors:
Red: Unread conversations.
Orange: Read conversations without a reply.
No color: Read and answered conversations by an agent.
