Agents
On this screen you'll be able to see all your current agents and their status, and add even more agents. Keep in mind that depending on your plan you have a maximum number of agents, but if you want to add more agents you can always upgrade your plan.
To add a new agent click on the + Invite agent button on the upper right corner.
IMPORTANT: Email is where you'll get the invitation to become a new agent and Sender Domain is where your mailing campaigns and behavioral emails will be sent from.
If you'd like to get your own domain for your mailing campaigns and behavioral emails so your contacts know exactly where these emails are coming from at first glance, do not hesitate to contact us.
From the Activity tab in the top left corner, you can filter your agents' movements. You can also download this data in CSV format.
