Profile Settings

Click on the Profile Icon at the bottom of the left-hand bar on your screen to access your profile menu. From there, you can update your personal information, change your password, and manage your notification settings.


Here you can edit your Personal Information such as your email, name, role and even change your avatar. Remember that any changes you make to your profile will be applied to all your workspaces.


From here you can update other profile settings.
  • Avatar visibility: Choose whether you want your avatar to be visible in the header of the widget's inbox. This can be very useful if you are on holiday, for example.
  • Notification message in the web title: Displays an animated title that flashes when you have unread notifications to grab your attention, and will not stop until you read them.
  • Sounds notifications: You can choose to be notified with a sound when you are online by turning the button on or off under Sound Notification; you will only be notified on devices where you are online.


Set up how you want to receive your notifications when you're offline.
  • New Conversations: Notifications that you receive when a contact starts a new conversation. You can choose between web, mobile or email.
  • Assigned Conversations: When you're assigned to a conversation, you'll get notified.
  • Messages: Notifications of the conversations assigned and open when they arrive.
  • Reopened conversations: Each time a contact opens a conversation assigned to you which was closed.
  • Notes: When a workspace agent attaches a note to a conversation assigned to you.
  • Mentions: If an agent mentions you in a conversation.
  • Followers: When an agent adds you as a follower in a conversation.

You can choose to receive web, mobile or email notifications, plus an audible alert by turning the sound button on or off (only when you are signed in).
  • Web: If the notifications are turned on, you will get a push notification on your screen.
  • Mobile: To get notified with a push notification, you need to have installed the Froged App on your phone (Note: Don't forget to allow all notifications from the App on your phone' settings).
  • Email:  You will receive an email notification that looks like this example:


Click on this button to change the availability within the application. If it is deactivated, you will be in offline mode: a red dot will also appear on your avatar.. In these cases, you'll receive web notifications at your notifications area but not on mobile devices or email.
