How to customize contact view?
The user view is an amazing element that will make your life easier!
When a user opens a conversation,
1/Click on her/his picture and the Contact View will be opened on the right side bar.
This view is completely customizable to your needs.
2/Click on Section Settings and start customizing it.
Modify the contact info to order the information in your priority and see/hide them according to your interest.
NOTE: The view you save will be applied to the other contacts of that agent. Besides, it can be changed again at any moment.
