How to customize Contact View?
The user view is an amazing element that will make your life easier! This view is completely customizable to your needs, just follow these steps when a user opens a conversation.
1.Click on their picture and the Contact View will be opened on the right side bar.
2.Click on Section Settings and start customizing it.
Modify the contact info to order the information in your priority and see/hide them according to your interest.
IMPORTANT! The view you save will be applied to the other contacts of that agent. Besides, it can be changed again at any moment.
