First, go to Engage > Automessages > + Create Automessage. To start creating automessages, follow these 5 simple steps:
1. Trigger
Choose where you want your automessages to be shown, whether it's on any page or specific pages. Give your users a few seconds before the message pops up.
NOTE: We recommend adding a delay of 3-5 seconds.
Set the recurrence of the message. Decide if you want it to be shown every time, only once, or at specific intervals based on your message's purpose.
2. Conditions
Specify who you want to show this message to by using attributes and events to create hyper-segmented automessages. You can load a previously created segment, and its conditions will be automatically applied.
To enhance engagement, make your automessage more visually appealing. Add images, GIFs, videos, buttons, and more by clicking on the + button.
🔥 You can now include help documents directly from your Knowledge Base, providing valuable information to users throughout their lifecycle and reducing support conversations.
4. Status
Add a title, place your automessage into a specific category, and write a description for it. Set the date and time you want to launch your automessage.
Once your automessage is ready, don't forget to activate it!
