First, go to Engage > Automessages > + Create Automessage. To start creating automessages, follow these 5 simple steps:
Step 1 - Trigger
Here, you need to choose where you want your automessages to be shown, They can be located on any page, or on one or more specific pages.
Don't forget to give your users a few seconds before the message pops up.
đĄWe recommend you add a delay of 3-5 seconds.
You can also set the recurrence of the message. Do you want it to be shown every time, only once, or every few days? Select the option that best suits the purpose of your message.
Step 2 - Conditions
Now it's time to decide who you want to show this message to. Use a combination of attributes and events to create hyper-segmented automessages!

You can always load a segment that you have previously created and the conditions of that specific segment will be automatically applied.
Step 3 - Content
Now it's time to select the format of your automessage!
Once you have chosen what type of message you want to show, if you want your users to be able to interact with it, and when it will be closed, you can start adding the content of your message.
Type anything you'd like and don't forget to add variables with the $ to create to personalize your automessages!
If you are looking to improve your engagement, the more visual the automessage, the better!
Add images, GIFs, videos, buttons, and much more by clicking on the + button.
đĽ You can now add help documents directly from your Knowledge Base - the perfect way to educate your users throughout their lifecycle and reduce the number of support conversations!
Step 4 - Status
Once you have added a title, placed it into a specific category, and writââten a description for your automessage, it's time to set the date and time you want to launch your automessage.
