How To Create Automessages

First, go to Engage > Automessages > + Create Automessage. To start creating automessages, follow these 5 simple steps:

Step 1 - Trigger

Here, you will choose when you want your automessage to be triggered. The automessage can be triggered by an event or when a contact visits a page.

   Show the automessage when a contact visits a page:


With this option, you can choose after how many seconds of delay you want the automessage to be displayed for your users. Here you can also specify on which page you want the automessage to be shown or if you want it to be displayed on any page.

Step 2 - Conditions

You can choose to apply different conditions that the user will have to occur so the automessage is shown. 



Also, you can load a segment that you have previously created or we have predefined, and the conditions of that specific segment will be automatically applied.



Step 3 - Format 




  • You can choose the appearance of the automessage. It could be a simple notification, a widget notification, or a full notification. 

  • Choose if you want to allow the recipients to be able to reply to the automessage or not.

  • The automessage can disappear after a certain amount of seconds or until the recipient closes it.

Step 4 - Message

Insert images, links, emojis... to make your message more fun.

By personalizing your automessages with attributes such as the recipients name, you will increase the engagement and effectiveness.

Step 5 - Status

Title your automessage, write a description and choose if you want to launch it at this time or at another time.




Choose whether you want your automessage to be shown only the first time or every single time the conditions you have selected occur.

If your automessage is ready to go, don't forget to activate it!
