How to link an article into another article
Link knowledge base articles into other articles to associate relevant content
In order to link an article in other article of your knowledge base, you just need to type "#" and the whole list of your already created articles will appear in a drop down menu:
When you select it, it will show the article title in bold like this:
And after you publish it, your users will see the links to other articles in your brand's colour if you have customised your knowledge base colour palette:
