How to set up a service on Twilio
To start sending and receiving messages via WhatsApp on FROGED, you'll need to set up a service on Twilio. Don't worry—it only takes a few minutes, and the steps are outlined below:

- Sign into your Twilio account or create a new one here.
- From the menu on the left, click Messaging > Services and select Create Messaging Service.
- Give your service a name and choose a use case from the drop-down menu (e.g., "Notify my users," "Market my services," etc.).
- Click Create Messaging Service to proceed.
Step 2 - Sender pool
- Click Add Senders and select WhatsApp Number.
- All phone numbers you’ve previously configured with WhatsApp will be displayed. Add the ones you'd like to use.
Step 3 - Set up integration
To ensure incoming WhatsApp messages are directed to FROGED, you’ll need to configure a webhook:
- Select Send a webhook.
- In the Request URL field, enter the URL of the webhook provided by FROGED.
Step 4 - Add compliance information
Fill in the final details and save the changes.
To make sure Twilio is connected correctly, go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp (Twilio) in FROGED. You're done! Once you've completed these steps, you're ready to start interacting with your customers via WhatsApp using FROGED.
