How to set up a service on Twilio
To start sending and receiving messages via WhatsApp on FROGED, you'll need to set up a service on Twilio. Don't worry—it only takes a few minutes, and the steps are outlined below:

Step 1 - Create a Messaging Service.
  1. Sign into your Twilio account or create a new one here.
  2. From the menu on the left, click Messaging > Services and select Create Messaging Service.

  3. Give your service a name and choose a use case from the drop-down menu (e.g., "Notify my users," "Market my services," etc.).
  4. Click Create Messaging Service to proceed.

Step 2 - Sender pool
  1. Click Add Senders and select WhatsApp Number.
  2. All phone numbers you’ve previously configured with WhatsApp will be displayed. Add the ones you'd like to use.

Step 3 - Set up integration

To ensure incoming WhatsApp messages are directed to FROGED, you’ll need to configure a webhook:
  1. Select Send a webhook.
  2. In the Request URL field, enter the URL of the webhook provided by FROGED.

Step 4 - Add compliance information

Fill in the final details and save the changes.

To make sure Twilio is connected correctly, go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp (Twilio) in FROGED. You're done! Once you've completed these steps, you're ready to start interacting with your customers via WhatsApp using FROGED.
