How to import your knowledge base articles from Intercom or Zendesk

If you are an Intercom or Zendesk user and have decided to become a member of the FROGED family instead, migrating your help articles and FAQs automatically can be essential for your support team.
This is a very easy and quick process that will save you a ton of time.

If you are the admin of your workspace, you just need to go to Support > Knowledge Base > Configure > IMPORT ARTICLES:



Import from Zendesk:
You just need to type the URL where you have all your help articles located within Zendesk. Select Zendesk option, paste your Zendesk URL portal and click on Import:
Import from Intercom:
In this case, you'll need to generate a token from Intercom. Within Intercom, you'll have go to "Developer Hub" and generate it from there. If you can't do it, ask your technical team to help you. Once you have the token, select the Intercom option, paste your token and click on Import:
