How to import Help Articles from Intercom or Zendesk
If you are an Intercom or Zendesk user and have decided to become a member of the FROGED family instead, migrating your help articles and FAQs automatically can be essential for your support team.

This is a very easy and quick process that will save you a ton of time.

If you are the admin of your workspace, you just need to go to Support > Knowledge Base, and click on Import Articles on the upper menu.



Then, you just need to type the URL where you have all your help articles located within Intercom or Zendesk.
