How to Migrate Help Articles from Intercom
If you are an Intercom user and have decided to become a member of the FROGED family instead, migrating your help articles and FAQs automatically can be essential for your support team.

This is a very easy and quick process that will save you a ton of time.

If you are the admin of your workspace, you just need to go to Support > Knowledge Base, and click on Import Articles on the upper menu.



Then, you just need to type the URL where you have all your help articles located within Intercom.
