How to set up SMS integration in Twilio and FROGED
To get started with configuration, you must first sign in to your Twilio account and follow the steps below.
1. Access to the Twilio console (console.twilio.com)
TIP! We recommend that you include the channel when naming a service.
2. From the Messaging tab on the left, click on Services and create a new Messaging Service
3. Configure some basic information (name, purpose) and then you will be asked what type of phone you want to connect: Phone Number for SMS; WhatsApp Number for WhatsApp. Telephone numbers must have the prefix

4. Then you will be asked to fill in the integration details. Activate the Send a Webhook tab and in Request URL enter the URL provided by FROGED in the SMS integration (You can also do this later by entering the integration and going to Integration).
The SMS integration in FROGED is exactly the same as the WhatsApp integration. You will need a Twilio account and at least one phone number to use the integration.
1. Look for the SMS Twilio option in Settings > Integrations.
At https://console.twilio.com/ you will find the AccountID and Auth Token for FROGED at the bottom. Adding these values is mandatory.
2. To send SMS as an agent, you must do so from your Contacts tab. For the SMS option to be available, your plan must allow it and the Twilio integration must be linked correctly.
