Knowledge Base Metrics
Keep track of how your help documentation is performing with our Knowledge Base Metrics.
It's very important to offer quality information to your users, especially when onboarding new ones - you want to make sure they find your platform/website easy-to-use and have specific guidelines that will help them progress easily.
Go to Support > Knowledge Base > Metrics (top right corner) to check how your help and support documents are performing.
You will see the views, votes, and rating for each document:
Votes are calculated according to how many people found that document helpful and how many did not, based on the satisfaction questionnaire at the bottom of the document.
The rating is calculated by comparing the positive votes received from the total number of votes.
