Start video calls from your conversations with our Google Meet integration
You can invite your users to join a Google Meet video call with you to build a more personal relationship with the brand. Also, by allowing them to share their screen, support issues will be easier to solve!
FYI, the Google Meet integration is only available in some of our plans - don’t hesitate to message us through the chat if you have any questions, the Sales team will be happy to help you.
To start the integration and connect your Google Calendar, go to Settings > Integrations > Google Meet.
Click on Manage and then on the “Connect Google Calendar” and choose which of your Google accounts you want to connect FROGED to.
Now you can start a video call from any conversation by clicking on the video camera button!
The first time you want to start a video call, you will have to choose which specific calendar you want FROGED to add your calls in, and then, choose a predefined length of time for these meetings.
If you were ever to revoke FROGED’s access to your Google Calendar account, the following message will be displayed when trying to set up a Meet call with a contact:
To keep setting video calls with your users, you just need to go back to Settings > Integrations > Google Meet to reconnect your Google Calendar account.
