With the Froged mobile app, you will be able to manage your inbox and be notified of new messages no matter when and where. Keep offering great support to your customers with our chat on your mobile phones and tablets.

And of course, you have all the features that you love! You can quote/unquote messages by tapping on them, leave notes to other agents, and send Knowledge Base documents and saved replies. To keep your conversations fun, you can add emojis and GIFs.

To assign or close a conversation click on the button on the top right corner of your screen.

Also, you will be to see your online contacts and start a conversation with them, or take a look at their contact information, their latest events, and conversations.
