With the Froged mobile app, you will be able to manage your Inbox and be notified of new messages no matter when and where. Keep offering great support to your customers with our chat on your mobile phones and tablets.
You can see your Contacts in your Menu and start a conversation with them, or view their contact information, recent events and conversations.

To assign a conversation click on the button on the top center of your screen.
And of course, you have all the features that you love! You can quote/unquote messages by tapping on them, leave notes to other agents, and send Knowledge Base documents and saved replies. To keep your conversations fun, you can also add emojis and GIFs.
