In your Inbox, you will find all the conversations you and other agents have with your contacts. Your conversations are separated into three different categories: Unassigned conversations, My Inbox, and Team Inbox.
messages that have reached the platform but have not yet been assigned to an agent. On this label, a specific agent can be assigned to continue that conversation with the user. Also, if you to an unassigned conversation, it will automatically be assigned to you.
In My Inbox, you will find all the conversations you have assigned. When an unassigned conversation or another agent's conversation is assigned to you, it will automatically be moved into your inbox.
- Opened: all the open conversations that you have assigned.
- Closed: every conversation that you had assigned and it's now closed.
- All: all conversations, opened and closed.
Here you will find every conversation from all your agents.
Opened: every conversation any of your agents have open.
Closed: every conversation that has been closed by any of your agents.
All: all conversations, opened and closed.
