In order to be able to send Whatsapp templates from the new version of FROGED, it is necessary to add "MESSAGING SERVICE ID" in the configuration of Twilio in FROGED. To get this ID, you need to follow these steps from Twilio.

1. Sign in to your Twilio account and click Messaging > Services.
2. Copy the sid next to your service name where WhatsApp is linked and then go to FROGED.

3. Once in FROGED, go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp Settings and click on Manage Twilio Account.

         

4. Add the Sid in the Messaging Service ID section.

 

Done! Now you can start sending templates from the new version of FROGED.
