The Basic option is worth checking out if you've started your business and want to connect with users. It comes with 1 Seat, a Knowledge Base, Email and chat channels, Slack integration, and up to 200 Monthly Active Users, the essentials to optimise communications with your customers.

If you're ready to take your business to the next level, the Starter plan is ideal for small teams who need to quickly control message overload across all channels. You'll get 3 seats, engagement metrics such as CSAT Score, unlimited emails, event-based emails and alerts, user behaviour tracking, Slack and Google Meet integration, and up to 1,000 monthly active users. You also get two more channels than the previous plan: Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger.

For those who need even more growth and flexibility in custom workflows and team management, the Professional plan includes all of the above plus 7 seats (€39 per additional seat), automation rules for conversations, product flows, behavioural emails, NPS, key integrations such as Slack, Zapier, Google Meet, Jira, WhatsApp, Segment, Facebook Messenger and Webhooks. It also removes FROGED branding from in-app alerts and emails and offers up to 10,000 monthly active users.

And if you want tools tailored to your business, the Enterprise plan has everything you need. You get all the Starter features and more, starting at 10 seats, including KB Pro add-on, staging workspace, dedicated customer success manager, remove FROGED branding, 99% uptime SLA, customised monthly active users and API access.
